Kagitha Rayappa S/o Venkata Reddy (Born On 22 Dec, 1971) from East godavari, Andhra Pradesh, India. He has set a unique record by travelling on three wheeler disabled vehicle from Vijayawada to New Delhi he covered 5 states Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh he travelled around 2400 kmps his journey started from 8th April 2019 to 1st May 2019. He is working as state secretary in Congress party of Andhra Pradesh.
