NABAGHAN SAMAL S/o Naran Samal born on 12th April 1968 from Talcher, Odisha, India. He has set up an amazing record by generating devotional interest and creating awareness among the people about the art forms, coordinated the activities of members and cultures troupes, and felicitated and extended financial support by government schemes, 27 types of folk art, and 32000 artists combined in their unit. He continuously 25 thousand of artist performance his own folk art only 72 hours on stage November 2019 at Angul Stadium, he got engaged into the social works, he supported the poor people and artist and fought with the legal rights and then he was felicitated many times by the government and non-government organizations, and also fought in the pandemic time of corona by distributing kits of the mask, sanitizer, soap, biscuits, rice and sugar between 15 thousand of families in free cost and he has done this only for awareness.
