NRITYA GEETRAMAYAN IN PURELY CLASSICAL DANCE FORMS

Mrs. Sunila Kaustubh Potdar, Founder Director of Eklavya Art Forum, from Dombivli, Maharashtra, India who is a PhD Scholar - Kathak Dance, from JJTU, Rajasthan, with her own disciples, has set a remarkable record by organizing a grand classical dance event featuring over 250 artists from 15 renowned dance institutions. The event was organised in association with Shreekala Sanskar Nyas and Madhukar Chakradeo HUF, which showcased pure classical dance forms — Kathak and Bharatanatyam — performed to the pre-selected iconic compositions of "Geet Ramayan" by Late Shri Sudhir Phadke and Late Shri G. D. Madgulkar, and lasted for an impressive 3 hours. The performance was held on 4th April 2025 at 8.30pm to 11.30pm at Savitribai Phule Auditorium, Dombivli East, Maharashtra.
