MASS YOGA EVENT WITH 500 PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

State Project Office, Samagra Shiksha, Government of Andhra Pradesh has conducted a massive Yoga event with 500 persons with Disabilities with age group of 8 Years to 40 years on the occasion of 9th International Day of Yoga on 21st June , 2023 from 6 AM to 6.45 AM in coordination with Rotary club at Andhra University Grounds, Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh, India. Different categories of Persons with Disabilities have participated in this Mega event performing Yoga Asanas which include Prayer, Warm up, Standing postures,Sittting postures, Prone Position postures ,Supine postures, Pranayama, Dhyana activities etc.
