Bindu Garg, Daughter of Sh. T. R. Singla, resident of Bathinda, Punjab, India (Born on 15 February 1979), has created a remarkable World Record by holding the Tree Pose (Vrikshasana) in Yoga with perfect alignment for 33 minutes and 30 seconds, on 04 February 2026.
